All of our diamond painting drills are made from high-quality resin, ensuring consistent shine and durability.

⏳ Why does my drill order (conversion kits, custom drill orders) take so long?

Jaded Gem Shop is currently a one-person operation run by Jade. Each drill order requires:

  • Manually editing, printing, and cutting labels

  • Weighing each drill color by hand

  • Double-sealing every packet

  • Carefully packing each order

With a waitlist of up to 20 orders at a time, please allow 6–12 weeks for processing. We appreciate your patience as we prioritize accuracy and care for every customer.

took for ever to show up, I was looking forward to it. I had to try to reach out to them several times, they only responded once. Worse thing is the pen is unpolished and feels sticky to the touch. and the hole is drilled to shallow. I am very disappointed and was looking forward to ordering there canvases but not now.

I was expecting the product to be clear, instead there are areas of dust at the bottom and side of the placer. The picture was misleading as it’s all square drills but the one I received is a mix of square and round. Various purple was my pick but the majority of the piece is the same shade of purple. Disappointing really for the price and amount of time it took to ship ( I was aware of the long turn around time and not complaining about shipping time)

Just rec'd it and so far liking it. takes a little getting use to after using the thin longer one, but what i have done using it on my project, my hand does not cramp as like it did before. thin pens had your hand squeeze together further which caused cramping in my hand, and with the think on, don't have to squeeze hand so far together. going to like this alot after get more comfortable with the hold.

A Fast Favorite & Top Notch Tip

I bought the Confetti Pen just for fun, but it is quickly becoming a favorite. The grip is so comfortable and different from other pens, that it is a great change-up for long painting sessions. Also, Jade, your customer service is excellent as you didn't charge me for the "sold out" sticky tip at time of ordering - but it came with it anyway! It works GREAT! Thank you!
