This was my fourth or fifth JGS finish, first in rounds from this shop. I loved it! The AB placement was perfect. I don't think the glimmer drill added too much to this one. It was a totally fun experience to work up a kit like this in rounds. It felt like a pretty quick finish.

I wanted to like this so badly- I love the art, the artist, and I wanted to support a smaller shop. But I wish someone had warned me about the quality before I purchased. For the price, the drills are low quality, and there’s so many trash drills. I swear, every row I was picking them out. The drills had so much static that no matter what trick I tried, they stuck to each other and were frustrating to work with. And the gapping was the worst I’ve ever encountered- I got squares, and for the amount of gapping there was, I wish I just got rounds instead. The gaps were so large that I could fit an extra drill into them some of the time. It made the entire process frustrating and I almost trashed it several times. I won’t be buying from here again, which is a bummer because I really like a lot of the art here. Gave a 2/5 mostly because of the art itself and the artist.
