The painting will be printed in black and white and have no spoiler images, however the image will have full color!

Here's how it works:

  • select the size range and drill shape you like from the drop-down menu
  • Leave a note listing any genres or artists you like so I can choose a perfect match for your mystery to suit your tastes (or be completely surprised by something unexpected!)

All art will come from commissioned artists who will be compensated for their work as usual.

*If you choose round printing, it may give away the surprise, so I recommend squares!

After you place your order I will choose and produce a painting for you to enjoy!

What are your diamond drills made from?
All diamond painting drills are made of RESIN.

Why does drill order (conversion kits, custom drills orders) processing takes so long?
Jaded Gem Shop is currently a one person operation. The owner, Jade, has to edit labels, print and cut labels, individually weigh each drill color, double seal each packet of drills for each order which can take some time especially when the waiting list is 20 orders long. She does strives to for fill orders as quickly as possible.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Add items to your cart to see the exact fee.

Jaded Gem Shop does not provide estimates, nor is responsible, on any duty, VAT, taxes or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of the USA. Buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.

Has my order shipped?
You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been processed and is shipped.

How fast will I get my items?
For diamond paintings, orders can take 3-12 weeks to be shipped as stated in multiple locations on the website.

For diamond painting drill orders, you can expect 6-12 weeks as all drill orders are filled in the order received. We strive for faster processing times, but cannot be responsible for events out of our control.

Once shipped, items should arrive to you in 3-7 business days.

So fun!

My first kit from this shop and it was very fun to reveal the image! I am not used to confetti heavy pieces so I am glad I opted for a Small size. This was a great introduction to the shop!

Awesome Mystery kit

I like picking a subject or genre and picking the size and letting you pick the painting. I like that the plastic cover is black and you can’t see the picture without removing the whole cover if you want to see it. I did look at part of the picture and the symbols are very clear and with everything being black, gray or white you can’t really tell what the picture is until you put the diamonds on the canvas. The canvas and drills are excellent quality. I highly recommend this type of mystery kit.
