Due to recent tariff changes, shipping times may double, and processing may take 8–14 weeks, especially around holidays.
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun, as artists and manufacturing fees are paid upfront. If you do cancel your order, there is a 25% restocking fee that will be taken which is unable to be refunded as it pays for the artist fee and initial rendering costs.
Once an item is shipped, JadedGemShop is not responsible for lost-in-transit packages however we will file a lost package claim on your request
If you selected flat-rate shipping, we will use the most economical method available (usually USPS or UPS).
👉 If you have a preferred carrier, please select it at checkout—we cannot guarantee carrier requests after purchase.
If your package is returned to sender:
You must pay for reshipment using a different carrier than the original.
Example: If UPS was used, the second shipment must be via USPS.
If you choose not to pay for reshipping, you may request a partial refund (restocking fee applies).
Items over 80 cm on the short edge will incur an oversized shipping fee, invoiced based on current UPS/USPS pricing.
