I love the art. The canvas had a lot of ( unnecessary) confetti. The image was really blurry. I didn’t like some of the colour choices (like the teeth) . The drills were ok. The canvas had quite some gaping. The canvas felt nice and the glue was good. I had beter canvasses and drills but also worse. So in the end it was just ok. I had hoped for more.
I guess I'm confused about what "Ready to Ship" means. I placed my order on 8?27. I thought if it was "ready to ship" it would ship on 8/28 or maybe 8/31. It didn't. It was in China for several days, then sat in customs for a few more. Today is 9/12, and it's still not here. I"m not in any particular hurry. I won't get to work on it until next year. I just don't think "ready to ship" means what you think it means.
This was the first JGS canvas I did and my first true mystery where I didn't know what the image was before I worked it and I loved every bit of it! The beginning started out a little slow while I was figuring out a couple of the symbols that looked somewhat similar, but once I got momentum, it was hard to stop! I finished this back on 8/26 and I absolutely love the final picture! So lovely!! The drills were very nice to work with and fit together so well. The glue was fantastic, no issues. Can't wait to work another JGS!!
this was my first square drills project. It was the perfect size for beginners. Beautiful colors and I enjoyed the small details.
They look really good, but I have not started either one of them yet. They are actually going to be used for SWTM.
