I absolutely LOVED my mystery box! I know that mystery boxes are luck of the draw, but Jade made the expectations on possible contents very clear in the listing and I love that she guaranteed no duplicates from prior purchases! I absolutely had to start Little Solar System immediately when I got it with my box!
I was shocked that I loved all 3 kits! 1 had been on my wishlist and the other two are not my usual style but strangely I love them! Can’t wait to work on all 3! The bonus pen is more comfortable than i expected! Might buy mini version!
I am loving this mystery kit! Bright beautiful colors! Nice mix of confetti/color blocking/line blocking - what I call blockfetti! I was not able to find an image of this Kat Fefora picture so it is truly still a mystery to me.
I haven't started working on this yet, but I did kit it up. The canvas is gorgeous and of very nice quality. I have only ever done DAC, so that is what I can compare it to. The canvas is actually thicker than DAC, which is nice. The legend is only on one side of the canvas. I wish it were on both, as I tend to rotate my canvas as I work. It came with a sticker with the symbols, which I love, because I use these to kit up.
The drills are where I have an issue. The regular drills are fairly standard. I didn't notice much trash there. However, this kit had a lot of specialty drills, and wow, there is a LOT of trash! There are small bits stuck to the bags, and there are so many drills without color or of odd sizes that I can see just during kitting up. I hope that there are enough extras to finish the canvas.
The colors are beautiful, however, and this will be gorgeous when done. I will do another review once it is complete.
