This is the first canvas I've done from Jaded Gem Shop. Also the first premium kit I've done. I don't know what took me so long. I am completely blown away by the quality of the drills, the canvas...just everything! The drills are brilliant, the sparkle is...mwah, chef's kiss! The symbols are so clear and easy to read! The glue pour was simply perfection! I can't say enough, I'm so happy and can't wait to get into the other kits I ordered! Will most definitely be back for more!
I completed 'Ancient Rome' in 150 * 100 cm w/squares, no enhancements. The finish is stunning! The quality was fantastic. The 310s were most notably very nice. I had plenty of drills to complete the painting and no complaints at all! I can't recommend these kits enough!
Ever since I saw a finish of an 80 * 100 cm kit from this shop, I've been so interested in what diamond painting can capture. 'Ancient Rome' is in a genre of painting I love, but when I first saw it released, I thought, it's too detailed to be a diamond painting! However, I was up for doing a BIG kit just once, and this was the one. I'm over the moon with the result! It's such a faithful rendering of the original image.
This was the most challenging kit I've done with 72 colors, but the fact that JGS adds the drill quantity to the legend really helps with kitting up! Going by drill quantity with Elizabeth Ward containers, I felt I could get through sections pretty efficiently. The image sections itself with each individual painting, etc., so that kept it interesting.
I can never get over how, up close with this rendering style, the image isn't fully clear, yet, when you step back, your eyes bring it all together in a very detailed picture. In the same way, I'm always amazed how much sharper and vibrant the finished picture is compared to the render.
This is now my fourth JGS finish and I'm on to the next one again! JGS round drills are really good too, I've discovered. :)

I have the most stunning finish and it was worth every second working on it!💗💜Their faces are rendered to absolute perfection, their hair is amazing, both the tails and fluke colours come together beautifully, even the little sparkle details looks so good and adds that much more to the overall painting. Reminds me of my bestie and I. Love this artwork!
