All of our diamond painting drills are made from high-quality resin, ensuring consistent shine and durability.

⏳ Why does my drill order (conversion kits, custom drill orders) take so long?

Jaded Gem Shop is currently a one-person operation run by Jade. Each drill order requires:

• Manually editing, printing, and cutting labels

• Weighing each drill color by hand

• Double-sealing every packet

• Carefully packing each order

With a waitlist of up to 20 orders at a time, please allow 6–12 weeks for processing. We appreciate your patience as we prioritize accuracy and care for every customer.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Drill Orders (custom/conversion):
Processing time is 6–12 weeks, as all are made to order in the sequence received.

Shipping Time (once dispatched):
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days within the U.S.
