    ⏳ Why does my drill order (conversion kits, custom drill orders) take so long?

    Jaded Gem Shop is currently a one-person operation run by Jade. Each drill order requires:

    • Manually editing, printing, and cutting labels

    • Weighing each drill color by hand

    • Double-sealing every packet

    • Carefully packing each order

    With a waitlist of up to 20 orders at a time, please allow 6–12 weeks for processing. We appreciate your patience as we prioritize accuracy and care for every customer.

    Wonderful Service from Start to Finish

    I have with Thanks received my first placed Order at JadedGemShop, and it has been a fantastic Experience, when it comes to a first Crossstich Coversion, where Diamonds and Canvas has to be Ordered seperately.

    I loved how it started with a Korrespondance by E-mail, where You could come with any Questions or Wishes, that lead to a common Ground, where an Customised Order could be placed at the End.

    When I received my Order, I was very happy with how Everything was securely packed and wrapped.
    JadedGemShop had even taking their Time to provide Stickers for the Diamonds, where I felt very spoiled, which only shows, how much Service their Customers are beeing provided with.
